RP's Pastas
While touring Europe as a stage carpenter for dance companies, founder and owner Peter Robertson fell in love with the food of Italy. He began studying traditional fresh pasta and began making authentic fresh pasta on his own. Today, RP's makes pasta at its facility on East Wilson Street in Madison, Wisconsin, using a meticulous hand-rolled process to produce pastas of the highest quality. RP's operates a retail store on-site, sells at summer farmers markets, and distributes its products to dozens of restaurants and grocery stores in the Upper Midwest. Robertson teaches classes on the history of pasta, cooking with pasta and sauces, and the nutritional benefits
of pasta.
