Tuition, Fees & Financial Aid
A WCATY summer program is an investment in a superior learning and residential experience. WCATY tuition remains favorably comparable with similar residential programs throughout the country.

WCATY students return to our programs again and again, building on their investments of learning and personal growth and gaining the rewards of continued accomplishments in the future.

Admission to a WCATY program is selective because we carefully evaluate each candidate's qualifications and skills to ensure the best possible match for success and growth. Financial aid is available for families who need assistance with tuition.

Financial Aid – Deadline May 2

WCATY provides many financial aid packages so that no qualified student is excluded because of economic need. Typically nearly half of our summer program students receive financial assistance thanks to generous support from individual donors and philanthropic organizations. These aid packages range from full support, minus the $75 application fee, to smaller awards of $50 to $100. Award amounts are based on an extended scale of current federal guidelines for subsidized lunch and are subject to available funding. A financial aid committee determines awards according to a ratings chart of financial need and family economic circumstances.

Please consider what your family can contribute and seek out sources of support within your community. Local businesses, 24 apply online! www.wcaty.org service clubs and philanthropic organizations are likely sources of scholarships. Talk to your school guidance counselor or support staff for advice. In addition, many school districts provide funding for summer program expenses—encourage your school to make the same smart investment!
