College & Career Planning Seminar
This presentation focuses upon the unique needs of gifted students as they plan for college and beyond. Topics include earning college credit in high school (AP, Youth Options), career planning and college choices, standardized testing, the admissions process at selective schools and choosing a college that’s a good fit.

WCATY Forum:
Patching into a New Understanding of Learning Tools & Methodology

This forum focuses on building MOODLE courses; breakout sessions with online education experts; and incorporating role-playing and interactive learning into your classroom.

College/career workshop for parents or with Career Vision
Career Vision provides career services based on the Ball Aptitude Battery. They have developed a comprehensive career planning model that is grounded in theory and designed to meet the needs of the individual.

Educators’ Institute
Each spring, wcaty hosts an educator workshop that focuses on issues and techniques in gifted education.
