Martha Barlow is currently the TAG Coordinator for the Waunakee School District and President of the Greater Dane County TAG Coordinators Network.
Martha has an MS in curriculum and instruction with concentrations in gifted education and math education, and holds a K-12 Supervision license. She has been a TAG Coordinator/Specialist for 15 years in Janesville, Whitnall, and Waunakee, and taught a self-contained TAG Magnet Program class for 9 years in Janesville.
Martha is a frequent presenter at conferences and staff development sessions. She has been a Future Problem Solving coach for 20+ years, is currently Director of Wisconsin FPS (10+ years), and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Future Problem Solving Program International.
Martha has been a WATG board member and treasurer. Under a grant from WDPI, she designed a developmental guidance program for academically talented students in grades 6-8.

Richard M. Cash, Ed.D., is the Director of Gifted and Talented Programs, K-12, for the Bloomington Minnesota Public Schools, and teaches graduate courses at Hamline University and Concordia University in St. Paul, MN.
Prior to his work as a district administrator and college-level instructor, Richard taught first and sixth grade in an urban elementary school for gifted children. Richard also worked for many years as a children's theater director--in fact he is a co-author of four highly acclaimed children's plays.
Nationally, Richard is actively involved with the National Association for Gifted Children (NAGC) serving on its Diversity Committee and Membership Committee. He is also a frequent presenter at the annual NAGC convention. Locally, Richard serves as the President of the Minnesota Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development (MnASCD) and Past-President of the Metro-Chapter for the Minnesota Educators of the Gifted and Talented (MEGT).

Jacquelyn Drummer, M.S., is the Gifted and Talented Coordinator and Differentiation Specialist for the School District of South Milwaukee, WI. She has served on the WI Association for Talented and Gifted Board for five years, and assumed the Presidency in October of 2007.
In addition, she is a founding member of Parent Advocates for Gifted Education (PAGE) in the Milwaukee area, serves on the advisory board to WCATY (the WI Center for Academically Talented Youth), and is a member of the National Association for Gifted Children (NAGC).
Jacquelyn is an adjunct professor for many area universities and colleges, including Carthage College, Cardinal Stritch University and Silver Lake College.
She has taught in all grade levels, pre-kindergarten through graduate school and holds a bachelor's and master's degree in exceptional education. Highly sought after as an informative, engaging, practical and entertaining speaker, Jacquelyn has consulted in over thirty school districts in Wisconsin and Illinois and at state conferences. In her free time she writes and publishes children's stories and articles, and sings with the Milwaukee Symphony Chorus.

Michael M. Piechowski, Ph.D., holds a Ph.D. in molecular biology and another in counseling psychology, both from UW-Madison. He is a Senior Fellow of the Institute for Education Advancement and Professor Emeritus of Education and Psychology, Northland College, Ashland, WI, where he introduced a course on transpersonal psychology. He taught at the University of Illinois-Champaign-Urbana and at Northwestern University.
He has written extensively on the development potential and emotional development to each of the three editions of the Handbook of Gifted Education. His article "Overexcitabilities" is in the Encyclopedia of Creativity. He wrote about self-actualizing people: A. de Saint-Exupéry, Eleanor Roosevelt, Leta Hollingworth, Etty Hillesum, Peace Pilgrim, and others. A study of emotional giftedness led him to spiritual giftedness.
His papers appeared in Genetic Psychology Monographs, Journal of Humanistic Psychology, Gifted Child Quarterly, Creativity Research Journal, Advanced Development, and Apex, the New Zealand Journal of Gifted Education. His most recent piece is in Creative Intelligence: Toward a Theoretic Integration edited by D. Ambrose, L. Cohen, A.J. Tannenbaum; and "Childhood spirituality" in Journal of Transpersonal Psychology.
He lives in Madison, Wisconsin, where he offers counseling for the gifted, and laments the distance from his trees in the north.
